Terms and Conditions for Himmel Pvt. Ltd.
Himmel Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing reliable products and exceptional customer service. The following terms and conditions apply to the warranty and servicing of our inverters.
1. General Warranty Terms
Warranty is valid only for customers who purchase inverters through authorized dealers and provide a completed warranty card with the dealer’s stamp and signature.
All warranty claims must be supported with a photocopy of the warranty card, along with the original for verification.
The customer is responsible for transporting the inverter to and from the service center for repairs.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors as outlined in the exclusions below.
Specific Warranty Terms by Inverter Model
2.1 SOL Inverter
Warranty Coverage:
12 months free warranty.
48 months service support with two claims allowed in the first 12 months.
Covers repair and replacement of up to two electrical components and one PCB within the first year.
Maintenance Charges: Free for the first 3 months, then applicable charges apply.
Exclusions:
Physical damage, improper battery use, electrical short circuits, voltage fluctuations, or exceeding capacity limits.
2.2 Solmade and Solmade Inverters
Warranty Coverage:
24 months free warranty.
36 months service support with two claims allowed in the first 12 months.
Covers repair and replacement of up to two electrical components and one PCB within the first year.
Maintenance Charges: Free for the first 3 months, then applicable charges apply.
Exclusions:
Similar exclusions as outlined for SOL inverters.
2.3 MOTOMA Inverter
Warranty Coverage:
24 months warranty against manufacturing defects.
Lifetime software updates to ensure optimal performance.
Additional Requirements for Claims:
A video showing the inverter’s malfunction, product label, and installation design must be provided.
Contact the seller or MOTOMA’s main service center for guidance before uninstalling the inverter.
Exclusions:
Incorrect installation, lightning damage, water exposure, insects, excessive heat, or improper voltage/current levels.
3. Installation Guidelines
All inverters must be installed by a certified technician with relevant experience.
Installation must include proper AC and DC circuit breakers.
Warranty is void if the inverter is installed incorrectly or without adherence to the specified guidelines.
5. Legal and Jurisdiction
All warranty claims and product usage are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in courts located in Lahore..
4. Warranty Exclusions
Damages caused by accidents, fire, or improper usage (e.g., exceeding capacity, poor wiring, or short circuits).
Physical damage, including exposure to water, lightning, or insects.
Repairs attempted by unauthorized technicians or customers.
6. Disclaimer
Batteries are not included in the inverter warranty.
Himmel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
